Rich, I suggest you brush up on your 144 regulations. OK, I'll do your DD for you: #reply-5095811. So, now we have proof that the SEC lowered the 2 year restriction to 1 year. Thus, it should now be obvious that all those WellRich shareholders who bought more than a year ago have legally free-trading stock. BTW, yes all the AZNT shareholders that WellRich procured are non-affiliate so the rule does indeed apply to them, and, of course, statutory regulations override contractual agreements. Sorry to break the news to you, but you are wrong and what AZNT said about WellRich seems to me to be bordering on libel. - Jeff
