Just wondering with the Russian ruble not trading freely these days if a mutual fund buys stocks on the russian exchange would they be using "premium" ruble vs the street value ruble? I'm thinking of investing a little bit in a mutual fund that invests in Russia but am afraid that one of these days the Ruble will be let free and fall but in the mean time the Mutual Fund will be buying and selling stocks with the fixed rate(vs street rate).

P.S. Talking about Lukoy does it trade in the US or only in Russia?

Thanks,
John
