From One Gambler to Another,

I, too, have been gambling since the late 60's. Maybe not as long as you but, long enough. And I still have some chips.

About a month ago I was feeling okay with 1100 shares of ADBE. Now that and a nickel will get you little more than a cup of coffee<vbg>. Then the rest of my pot got hit as well as yours. But, you know what? I think that both of us will live to see another high and, maybe, another low....and over and over.

Cheer up Carl and let the chips fall where they may.

Keep posting!

Carl - Re: "... my wife is tickled pink, but she gets down
from her high horse when I warn her that she may have to support us by being a checker at Woolworths. "

I think your "better half" is safe - isn't Woolworth's now out of business ?

Hey Carl: Re:It is so much fun to live on the edge

You mean owning and operating rental apartments was not enough excitment? <ggg>

Don't worry the way the Dow lost it's gains in the last hour of trading there might be still some "excitment" left before you get to count all those profits again.

All the best,

Ray
