That's exactly what I said -- they keep the BP tightly locked up. Hell, I've prepared enough BPs in my life for enough tech start-ups and financings to know the drill, and I've signed enough nondisclosure agreements promising to give up my firstborn if I disclose plans I've been asked to review for investment to know that confidentiality is taken seriously. BUT, you can and should be willing to share __portions__ of the BP with your shareholders (the company owners). That's all I'm asking for, and I don't think it's unreasonable.
