Chris, Shareholder get an annual report, get a chance to ask question at the annual stockholders meeting, and get press releases at the same time as the general public. That is it! I say this for the same reason, depending on the situation and field of use, I discourage some people from filing for a patent. Once the patent is issued, they have put their "Blue Prints" on file for anyone to look at. If they didn't have a very smart patent attorney, the doors are open for anyone to make small changes and qualify as a legitimate competitor. I will stand by my statement that no direct information from the BP is to shared with the outside. I guess it could be compared to "Tuff Love" or "Shareholder Protection". Again, this is my opinion. :-) .....-jp
