I agree with your point. But I guess the street will knock it down tomorrow to shake the tree. The company has almost $7 per share in cash and marketable securities. How low can it go?

addi--

i agree, but not about the warning. i believed the company when they said things would get better this Q and next. they didnt get caught in any semi DT, they have bad management. this is like ORCL blaming their problems a couple of months ago on asia.

but, they lied. what really pisses me off is that the street was right on this one. however, as you said, the warning has been priced into the stock. now that the uncertainty is gone we should see ten+ short term. IF the market decides to tank tomorrow though, we could easily see five.

i am not a happy camper. EVERYONE (except for those of us on this board) seemed to KNOW the company would warn. if we get any definite proof, a lawsuit is the least of managements worries. this is car bomb time.

good luck to all,
trey

Addi,
I agree 100 that VLSI should not go down at all. I personally expected
VLSI to report much worse than what they said today. 5-10 percent lower revenue is not bad considering the current out look and expectations for the Semis. this actually should remove the uncertainties and fear that existed. I would not be surprised if VLSI goes up in the next few days.
