Maybe I didn't make my point clearly. Nobody knew with certainty that WCII would drop as sharply as it did. But, contrary to Jason's position, this stock is not going to stay down for long.

Why do I expect to see some additional buy recommendations? If the majority of coverage made buy recommendations at 40 for 60+, how long does it take to figure out the bargain here in the 20's?

I don't have a crystal ball; neither does Jason. But the fundamentals have not changed, so I am confident in a rapid recovery, and then some.
