In other words -- not a lot of money left to be thrown in by the folks that I know -- how 'bout you? Sounds scary. And if that situation is wide-spread it could have disastrous consequences for the U. S. economy as a whole after the bubble has burst completely (via its implications on consumer spending and confidence). I actually don't know anyone who buys stocks on margin. Most people I know are sitting on tons of cash but don't want to invest in a bubble market (but that may not be representative). Regards, Phil
