I am expecting 4th quarter gross to be closer to 400K; however, I do like your numbers better than mine. nevertheless, the next quarter should be considerably higher. If there is a buyback, I do not believe the company would be in shape to do so until next quarter.

It is definitely something to look forward to ... and I do know they are thinking along those lines, but the "when" is still the question.

I've been restraining myself (as best I can), for a while on this particular thread, but here is the way I see the recent price action of TSIS.

1. TSIS will begin a major move to the upside in the very near future.

2. Certain individuals (MM's) are purposely stepping down the share price to allow them as wide a range of "running room" for TSIS when it starts to move. We will see some very significant volume increases when TSIS starts to run. The lower they can get this price now, the more they can buy and the bigger their gain in the next few weeks.

3. Any "bad news" for TSIS will be VASTLY overshadowed by SEVERAL pieces of VERY GOOD NEWS due shortly. The MM's are aware this good news is due-- you can count on that. The tactic of dumping the price to scoop up some shares (when you have that kind of power to do that) is not uncommon-- when you know the stock is set to run on news.

If anyone thinks this scenario is completely out of the question, you have the right to state your opinion as well-- let me just say...hold your judgement for a few more weeks. I think I will be proven to be very right, and those who don't panic or throw in the towel will be very happy very soon...

Check TSIS's price chart for January 1998. It is the exact parallel of what is happening right now. We had a huge fall, followed by a few weeks of jumping around at a lower level, and then a big run. IT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN AGAIN!

Best Regards,

R. Gates

Maybe I am being overly optimistic, but in Don's message on the IR line he refers to $160k revenue for July (last month of 4Q) from AT&T alone. This would all go to the bottom line as AT&T uses their own phone lines so no additional cost to TSIS. Also in his message Don notes that Norwest line got 4,000 calls on its initial use. Additionally, TSIS quarter ending months of Oct, Jan, Apr and Jul are offset one month from the normal calendar quarter ending months which many companies use. Therefore when in "IR season" as Don referred to, the client companies are talking to analysts in the last month of each TSIS quarter.

TSIS 3Q revenues were $365k so with the above FACTS revenues should be much higher in the 4Q.
