JM--The Russian "thing" came about by their talk of a 3 month suspension of payments, which basically meant hey, we have your money now, try and collect. (Low oil prices helped this disaster) Then, reality set in, as in without more IMF $$$, a lot more IMF$$$, they can't keep the Ponzi game going. And even then, how long before that new IMF $$$ vanishes? Just look at the Russian related write-offs major US banks are taking. When the trust was broken, the sell-off began. It is a country run by gangsters, so you get the result of that. Russians have a history of turning against the powers that be, so maybe we should expect that next. I mean, how long can you sh*t on people before they take up arms?
How many fifths of vodka do you think Borris drinks in a day?
How were you able to short Russia?
And Tippet, Russia has nukes, lot's of nukes. And bio's. And the delivery systems for both. They may be a basket case, but they have the potential to erase western society, if they so choose. Never forget that. Remember that dog/rat thing backed into a corner we were all taught as kids?
