Thanks, Margie.....

Perhaps Charles would like to get this message, 9:35 a.m. Pacific today, when he goes to trade??.......

"Our Customer Center is temporarily unavailable. We regret any inconvenience. Please try again
later, or take advantage of our Telebroker Service at 800-272-4922, or talk to a representative by
calling 800-435-4000."

Mr. Schwab.... what is "error number: 0"?

Why, in the middle of routine procedures, does the "not approved for access to this restricted site" message still appear? Why has it been a glitch for over a year?

Ticks me off when these Schwab executives go on T.V. and crow about their service. Makes you wonder if they're just not aware.....
