<<But, there is cause to believe that serious good news has occured, but not been
released, pending completion of audited financials to current. I suspect serious
debate and perhaps sharp disagreement is occurring internally among famh
executive management about whether to release the positive news to which I
reference.>

I guess they don't want to break their string of good news lies and bad news truth.

Yeah, that makes sense.

What is the cause to believe good news has occured? I have been in this for a long time; did I miss something?

TIA

Victor,

Are you saying that the company is purposely holding the price down based on the fact that you think they are withholding good news? IMO the reason they have not released any good news is because there is none. It is not logical that if 1998 were any better than the previous years that this company would be focusing on the previous years. What they are doing, IMO, is setting you up for the fact that they have not been profitable and are not currently profitable.

Many of you have stated that 1996 and 1997 don't mean anything to current investors. You want to know what happened in the 2nd quarter 1998. Why doesn't the company give that information to you, especially if it is positive? The logical answer, it is not good. Do any of you think that they are not doing current accounting? Are they ever going to catch up.

Do you think they have financials for 1998? If you think they don't, then how can you have faith in this new management team. If you think they do, how can you accept them keeping this vital information from you?

P.S. To Melviticus, if you want to get rid of this stain, take a couple thousand shares of FAMH and buy some of the good stain remover.
