And I have a reasonably good idea of why PartyTime is asking HIS question.

I beleive that he wants to plant the rumor that I am or was somehow associated with SIM, without exposing himself to making libelous statements. (Which he has already done, though, so it is moot...)

I'm not, and wasn't, and don't know any of them. And I've already answered THAT question before as well.

In fact, I have no financial interest in this whatsoever, and never have. I once considered shorting ESVS, but it's not now at a price where I could short it.

I could either short ESVS or become an investor at any time in the future, however, and to that end the more I know of the truth (you wouldn't know, PT...) the better.

The only way I would become an investor, BTW, would be if I were absolutely convinced that Hayton was out. I think the only way of being certain of that would be to see Hayton behind bars and his shares cancelled.

IF that were to ever happen, and happen before the company's reputation is damaged beyond repair, I might consider an investment at fire-sale prices. Say, in the neighborhood of a penny a share. But I'd want to know that everything else was in order, in order not to throw my pennies away.
