Hello! A. Paisley, D.Lee, and All Thread Participants, Since A. Paisley and D. Lee posted a recent news release regarding the Rail Industry--I was able to get some feedback from an NYRR Management Representative , the feedback was as follows, " This means nothing to NYCH/NYRR. Commuter railroading is a different world then freight railroading. However, the engineering firms that LIRR/MTA have chosen are about the best there are in the field.
