I am certain that Minnesota will sell to institutions. Open market trades will be far too costly. And I'm confident that institutions will be snatching up MO at cheaper prices than that of the market, but that should not matter much. Many now think MO is an excellent stock to be in, especially now that it seems the AGs and tobacco are nearing an announcement.

Remember, my prognosticating abilities say that a settlement will be announced right after Labor Day, to take advantage of the massive buying that will accompany the return to work from many summer vacations.

long MO,
