Where and how do you get level 2 access for $25 a ticket? I thought small investors were automatically ripped off, even on limit trades.

For all, the Q is suing, or is being sued by, Phillips Electronics, right? Can someone post me a link or give me an update?

Next off, the Q is spinning off one of their divisions, would someone give me an executive summary as to what it is?
