When I spoke to Gary about two weeks ago regarding the 1997 FS Audit; he noted that the field work had been completed and the auditor was meeting with the audit committee to review typical audit questions.

Putting my question another way to Gary, I asked him whether the auditor received all the A/P confirmation that they required; the answer was "Yes."

So if the audit is so close, why do the financials seem to be an arms length away??? Remember the pesky 20 Million Shares? From an auditor's standpoint, this is material and warrants digging deeper into the financials. Gary can do nothing to speed up the 1997 audit; for the most part, Gary is in the hands of the Auditor!

Gary questioned me as to the importance of the 1997 Financials especially since "they're not going to be pretty." I explained to him that we are NOT expecting a profit and understand that the financials will be ugly! Simply put, the implications of his issuing the 1997 Audited Financial Statements are critical to GLOWs stock price.

I would not be surprised if the 1997 Financial Statements were not issued until October. Why? Gaining closure on the 20MM shares can and will take awhile.

Where do I stand with GLOW? I still have a significant holding in GLOW. I am very confident that when the pieces come together (1997 results, burnt church, quarterly results of 1998, positive eps, etc.) the shareholders will be rewarded.
