Why? What difference does it make what we say?

It appears the SIM group is out of the "loop", unless it has a deal restricting the sale of Zulu-tek assets.

To the extent there is "dirt" to be dug up, I want to know about it any way. The company/ies would then have to clean house or their act(s).

The landlord litigation is relatively minor stuff; more adverse publicity than anything.

The one thing we all want - the financials - remains as elusive as ever, although Bob Smith seemed sincere in saying only 7-10 days. But, who really knows what to believe?

P.S. It is obvious something is going to be released publicly soon, before I get any of the financial information I have requested. At that point, time is of the essence in evaluating this deal, in my opinion.
