B--I have no idea where it is headed--though all of the indicators are pointing to lower prices including the transports that you mentioned. For me the violation of the 200dma was the factor that convinced me that this was not the usual corrections that we have had. How low we will go remains to be seen. I am also net short through various strategies -- and watching this action with relish. Even my gold stocks have begun moving up-- so I am a happy man today:) Sept and Oct are historically rough months for the markets and with all of the negatives that we are seeing may be we'll see a big break. Don't know whether you have Sep or Oct puts--the latter obviously gives one more breathing room.
