Depends on the size of the feet. For those of us with smaller feet, Dr. Zeev's definition is as good as any. For Bill Gates, its a 49% share of the company.

Let's call it a small percentage of the amount you would ultimately be willing to purchase if things go as anticipated. At the opposite extreme, if you buy more than you want, you could be said to be up to your neck in a stock....
