That's not a problem. However, am I correct in assuming that the sum total of the settlement will get disclosed in an SEC filing at some point? Otherwise the uncertainty will make it difficult to do independent calculations of EPS, project dividends, etc.

I guess we could amend the Warrants to do the way SAMM is suggesting, he raises some valid points, and to a certain extent he is right.

To be honest to wait until June 1, 1999 to exchange the Warrants or to do them as you want during the year, does not matter to me, it will net the same results.

This is the shareholders company, so you all make up my mind, about how you want your warrants, if you want them redeemable until June 1 or redeemable anytime, let me know so we can take the proper actions to make either way legal,
