Jeff,
Why was Stevia nixed by Monsanto? Why is Monsanto interested in 'Touch'? What is the plant /tree where touch is procured from? What is a hybrid? Why is the tree considered an 'intellectual property' of Dr. Lorrichio?
Lorrichio created a hybrid with all the negative elements of Stevia removed. You flirt with the truth and speculatec and hype. Do some DD, it isn't Stevia, its a hybrid of stevia, an intellectual property of Lorrichio's.
Janice, what's the court's case # in the Wellrich case, you seem to be flirting with the truth too. The case isn't against AZNT, is it?

Jeffrey,

It may be appropo that I repost this link and an interesting article I found on another company that got into hot water with the FDA for advertising Stevia's qualities as sweetener or substitute for Sweet & Low or Nutrasweet.

thewinds.org

exchange2000.com

fastlane.net

Not saying that I agree with the FDA's ruling as I imagine that Stevia is a safe product, but it shows that there are other distributors of Stevia with far greater distribution outlets.

But again, Bmart at that time flatly denied that Touch of Nature was Stevia, thus claiming that this article did not apply.

Oh well... Again, I would suggest that anyone interested in the controversy over FDA approval of Stevia contact Stevita.

Regards,

Ron
