lets keep this here as to not disrupt IDCN I simply state do a lot of research on USTI. You accuse me of being a short manipulator and threaten an SEC investigation and I over reacted? puhleeese? Also your previous post said they had been in business 10 years, this one says 20. Which is it. And yes I recognize that book value doesn't show the value of software which is why my response said they are technically bankrupt. It is also why I didn't come out and say do not buy but just highlighted that there were numerous red flags. And I have monitored a lot of OTC:BB stocks as well and have seen a lot of scams as well. And when I see someone come on a thread and imply that a company with negative net worth and a history of poor earnings is suddenly going to be acquired for a 2000%+ premium to its recent trading price, I consider it appropraite to voice a word of caution which is what I did.
