Thanks, Mindmeld. The point was that a short term proice decline should have no effects on employees unless they want the money right now, or think the company won't come back. Either way, buy and hold folks should have no worries, right? And if employees getting options are not buy and hold PSFT proponents, a lot of people here will not be very happy or smug in the future.
