Omar,
"He has filed Chapter 11 and now the largest shareholder of the company will be the Debenture holders" (line 1-2)If the Chapter 11 is on Oilex, so what!

"Saul will no longer have any control of the company" (line 3)Based on what? He has 40% and if he can prove the debentures was fraudulent (not for the co., etc.), he has a case and may void them. He had to do that to prevent dilution---WHICH OF COURSE YOU AND "MR BS" NEVER GAVE A DAMN!

He might be "scared" (line 4) like anyone else who gets into this kind of junk. It was a lot more than he bargained for.

"His right hand man is a crook" (line 5) Look at yourself.

"The assets of oilex will be seized through summary judgements based upon 4 frivolous lawsuits that are against Oilex" (line 6-7) Too bad Your Honor!

"The West Virginia properties could have been sold" (line 9). You had plenty of time to do so. Good morning America.

"since I don't work there anymore, i will take my Contacts elsewhere." The job market is tight. What you need is a job.

GOT MILK??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

NOW SHOULD I POST A FEW OF MY EMAILS TO YOU FROM MONTHS AGO AND SEE WHY YOU COULDN'T ANSWER ME WHARE THE MONEY WENT FROM THOSE "HONEST" DEBENTURES?

BTW--Tell your boss thank you from me for the great -98% return we had after he did such a GREAT JOB. He is such a hero...........I could've done better with this one #reply-5641474, so maybe he wasn't such a "hero" after all.

Omar,

"The assets of Oilex will be seized through summary judgements based upon 4 frivolous lawsuits that are against Oilex."

Glad to see that you are now looking out for the shareholders best interests. Could you please elaborate on the 4 frivolous lawsuits that threaten the assets of Oilex. As a shareholder, I am interested in any legal issues facing Oilex.
