To any shareholders, this item from my previous post is key:

Message 5667072

In August Dallas' chief federal judge, Jerry
Buchmeyer, specifically cited the Lerach quote
and our profile in denying Milberg Weiss clients
the right to be co-lead plaintiffs-and Milberg
Weiss, presumably, to be co-lead plaintiff
lawyers-in a class action against CellStar Corp.
Milberg Weiss' clients owned just 58,000
shares. The plaintiff-the State of Wisconsin
Investment Board-alone owns more than 1.6
million shares.

All we need is a sympathetic and large shareholder who purchased common stock during the period Apr. 24, 1997 to Sept. 26, 1997 and still holds. The sad thing is, I'm not sure there is such a shareholder and this may be why it was "safe" for the firm to file suit.
