Does it have to be just one shareholder? Remember when the members of this group got together to request an audience with Cymer management? I don't recall what percentage of the outstanding shares we collectively came up with, but it was high. Could we get together again and designate our own lead counsel instead of that bottom-feeding slimeball?

Bob, I'm not sure that would help. The key in your post is that the State of Wisconsin was also a plaintiff, and it owned many more shares than did Milberg's clients. I don't think we need a large plaintiff, unless it's for the purpose of having a less able lawyer handle a suit against CYMI. Scott may have a good approach.
