Yes, that was exactly my point. In that case and it seems many others, the law firm was its own client. In that case, a much larger shareholder did not care to be a plaintiff to the case, so the judge did not allow "the firm" to be a co-lead plaintiff. Hell, I'm no lawyer, but right now I'd like to be.
