I'd be happy to keep the records (confidentially of course) of each person's holdings or purchases. Before we get to that stage, let me do some networking. My sister in law is an attorney, but she doesn't practice securities law. I'll see if she can point me to someone who can at least tell me if we're wasting our time. Also, a friend of mine works at EFI, and he tells me Lerach's firm is doing the same to them. I'll see if he can offer any advice based on their experience.

There must be tons of articles on Lerach and his firm. How about some volunteers to locate anything that might be helpful in our circumstances?

Bob - How've you been? I am once again a Cymer shareholder with a considerable purchase. I don't imagine it's going to make me as much money as the first time around, but I feel good about doubling my money in the next 2 years.

Anyway, what is the lawsuit talk all about? If you want legal advice, just email (or give me an SI message). I don't do securities work but know just enough law in the area to give bad advice :) (I do handle plaintiff fraud cases from time to time)
