Thanks, I didn't see that % and I didn't realize it was that ridiculously low. I agree that the obscene overvaluations like we observe in the DOW these days won't last. I don't think that the entire market is overvalued. Most of the Mid- to Small-caps have been reduced to reasonable/exceptional valuations and I believe that's where the money will start to flow.
