NBC was the only network to show interest in the story. I think ABC and CBS early on decided that it wasn't a proper subject for a story. The press draws funny little lines and calls them principle (i.e. Gary Hart "invited" the coverage so the Donna Rice stakeout proper). Doughboy.

Answers: Btw, you must be really mad at Gore for inventing the Willy Horton issue and using it against Dukakis. They say Mario "mafiosi" (as Clinton called him) Cuomo gave Gore that dirt. Were you/are you still mad? Dukakis was always worried about Willie Horton because it had been raised many times (I thought it was a Dukakis enemy in Massachusetts who publicized it), but it was Bush who ran the sleazy but effective ad that with the picture of Horton and the revolving door. Btw, did you know Dukakis' brother? - the one that used to campaign against him. They said he was mentally ill and he was killed. Don't know that one. Why did the Dukakis campaign make people believe that Kitty was a Harvard lecturer? Were you on "Kitty Litter" patrol? Nope, not on Kitty litter patrol nor a great fan of hers. I've not heard of the Kitty as lecturer thing. Is Susan Estrich really "a babe"? She says she is. My television needs adjustment. Used to be. I think she smokes, so her teeth look horrible and her voice sounds like that of 75 yr old from the Bronx. But quick as a whip.
