Practically every law passed by Congress is UNCONSITUTIONAL. Their attitude is if it is illegal then someone can sue and take it to the Supreme Court. That IS insane. Period. Have you read the Constitution? Really-- not in high school-- but as an adult? Congress has NO authority other than spelled out in the Constitution. They violate that EVERYDAY. The Bill of Rights has eroded to a joke because of the Corporate Sponsored War on Drugs. Want proof? I dare you to ask me... U.S. Rep. Ron Paul has been trying to get a Bill passed to make every Bill cite where Congress has the Constitutional Authority to make such Bill. HE IS LAUGHED AT BY HIS PEERS.
