Jeff, "Hang in there!" I've heard those words from Eiten so many times they make me sick. If NUOA was such a good investment why did Eiten sell 1.9 million shares. If Eiten thought he could make a buck he would take his own advice. Now that financing is around the corner instead of owning a percentage of the casinos we will own a percentage of FXWA. Poof - no revenue - no income on the balance sheet - just a big fat IOU. Hangin long hoping for a miracle.

Jeff,
Did Fred Luke explain the way the FXWA deal enhances shareholder value ? Jonathan tried to make it clear to me, but it still went over my head. It seems strange that the minute the financing which almost ensures success for the casinos is secured, word comes out that NUOA's promoter dumps a pile of shares and a very strange new variable is brought into play.

To All, News out on Flexweight deal. Give me the one share of FXWA for every nine I own of NUOA now. That makes each share of NUOA worth .77 cents at the current FXWA market price. Although, this deal is strange it makes NUOA a great deal at this price.
