thanks for numbers swedelo

While I do not question the validity of the numbers, shares outstanding - restricted shares does not necessarily equal the float. The float is shares that are in public hands to be traded (i.e. brokerage firm accounts). While the maximum it can be is 4.2 million, it can be less and based on my research it is a little less. (closer to 3 million)

Swedelo, Good post. Based on your independent research, How do you feel about buying more shares of AETI at these levels ? Here is my view :
Although technically speaking SKB has 2 more weeks to go to put a bond for $25,000 in court etc., IMO AETI has an advantage based on the things happened since lawsuit filing date. We are 3 months into this and so far SKB has not produced any evidence. It is hard to believe that they will post a bond by Sep. 22nd, let alone providing any evidence to drag this lawsuit further.
