ICANPIKM You are correct in your assessment;however, when considering the float amount on any stock I prefer to use the out-rest=float method as it gives me the most conservative number possible. And, as I make Ronald Reagan look like a communist pinko in my conservatism, this works well for me. I am curious, and would dearly like to be educated as to how you come up with a float of 3 million. I am not questioning it, would truly like to learn. Also do you have any opinion on my SPECULATION of 1.3 million shares being placed in private placements and if/when they may have occured? Thanx and Best Wishes, Swedelo
