isoman, We're all sick of the nonsense that goes on these threads. There are a number of us that research these companies like PRWT as much as we possibly can and then relay it to everyone here to read. If these weren't BB stocks, much of this wouldn't need to be done. Then along rolls in some posters that claim to be seeking the truth and they preform just the opposite by creating doubts in people minds. No one really needs this. But when some people start making wild accusations about this and that, it's only natural that it's going to come up against some resistance. Sure, we could all lay down and let these people trample all over us and control what is put on these boards. But what good is that? The truth is, it's self defeating as it really exposes who they are and their desperate cries to just have a voice... any voice... and to be heard; 'Save the world'. Allow me to go back in time. I remember when I was interviewing this one guy for a position I had open and I asked him, "Why are you interested in this job?" His reply was, "So I can make enough money to save all the starving people in this world." Although this was a kind jesture on his part, all I was interested in was an answer that would show me some genuine interest in the company but it wasn't there. In other words, if we don't control our forum and rid it of the cancer that continues to spread, it will be taken over and die a dreadful death. This is proof positive as seen on other threads. The SEC has established internet bashers as well as pump and dumpers as a top priority. My suggestion, to anyone who suspects either of these two activities on PRWT or any other stock they own, is to contact the local office of the SEC within their state. The site for each state office is: www.sec.gov/consumer/state.htm It is worth it to make a phone call, and then follow up with a letter. Take the 5 minutes and do it. Also, please feel free to reference me to the SEC as a source of information who has verified that PRWT is in fact doing business in Belize, that PRWT is run by honest and capable managers, and that the press releases posted by PRWT are truthful. t.rex
