Kind of surprised at the response Lerach's law suit has prompted. Then again, maybe not. To torture an analogy, in the investment ocean where, it seems to me, big fish regularly devour little fish, I like knowing there are sharks patrolling who feast on big fish. Helps keep them honest, I think.

Speaking of fish, have you guys heard the one about the favorite game played at the white house?

Billy,

You asked, "I wonder why his Mom put an "r" in his name:
Lerach

It reminds me of the story about this Cardinal who had spent the whole night reading in the Vatican's library. He comes up to morning prayers yelling, "It's an R, It's an R". When queried, he still responds, quite excited, "It's an R, It's an R." Finally after much questioning, the rest of the Cardinals learned, "We're supposed to celebRate."

Obviously, the leach's mother knew what he was going to do to companies and their shareholders. She had no choice but to put the R in.

Ian.
