Actually you haven't given us any stats on yourself. What is the name of your company and what is your TRRC ID. What counties do you operate in and where are your drilling permits since you've stated that you drill your own wells with 100% of your own money. I'll put up if you will.

Actually if a well is producing 6 - 9 barrels a day it would be a good candidate and we like leases with dozens of these kinds of wells. When the pump jacks are removed and tubing pulled and sucker rods pulled and well bore cleaned out of scale etc. The equipment can be sold and partially offset the cost of the swabber. The operator can then start to return to profitability and if appropriate have the cash flow to begin an infil drilling program. A field might be appropriate for an alkalyne surfacant polymer flood but that is expensive and for the cash strapped operator swabbing is a solution to stay in business.

Nothing wrong with your candidate well. Wells that are producing more are typically producing casing head gas which can be a hazard when swabbing and an environmental hazard if the well bore is not tightly capped until the next swabbing run.

Steven, All this talk about stealing Mr. Burditt's (Oilex's?) Mercedes got me thinking: maybe one of you folks down there in oil country can swing by the Oilex headquarters and grab me some office furniture, or perhaps a fax machine before the creditors come and haul it all away...at least then I'd have SOMETHING to show for my investment! Or maybe we could use one of the broken swabbers to clear drains at $50 a pop, we could call it "swabbo-rooter"....oh well, at least I didn't put my beer and pizza money into this dry hole. John R.
