I got curious tonight about how well LSI is digesting Symbios, especially since Boucher at the shareholder meeting essentially said the ADPT deal for Symbios looked smellier the more they worked the deal this spring (in addition to FTC objections, of course). So I took a quick look at the Yahoo thread on the subject (haven't looked for a SI thread on LSI).

Gee; things look pretty familiar over there! Shareholders are really bitching, they want Wilf Corrigan fired, and the stock is down from about 24 to about 12 since LSI took Symbios away from ADPT at the end of June.

Anyway, I haven't been following LSI at all - has anyone reading this been a follower? Any impressions about where their Symbios deal will lead? Will it just be a headache for them? I'm trying to determine whether this was the big fish that got away from ADPT or whether we dodged a bullet, wasting "only" $20M in the process.

RE: "The heat it on; it's time for The Big Brains in the Milpitas executive suites and boardroom to earn the large money they've been taking home.

What was the part in your summary about re-setting option prices?

Thanks,
