Please Peter, I don't bet the farm in the spec part of the port, so Yamakita will retain cradlehood, even if they go out of business. I think you're a little too worried, and that Chase and Citi are going to come out of this, just like they've weathered previous crises. We will see what my leaps are worth in Jan 01. I'm betting that a significant part of the fear-driven action is unjustified, and they're worth much more than their price today. I'm happy with my position, and am not recommending this strategy to anyone.

Moreover, I'm nicely hedged with shorts in highly dubious lending institions like ACRT (thanks to Mr. Pink's TT w/F), so I'm feeling especially pleased and comfortable.
