No, actually they do not. That is the law.
While they are free to pursue their type of education under a private school, however they DO NOT have the right to impose their ideas at their will and ignoring present law, implementing religious indoctrination and prayer in public school. Again, read PUBLIC SCHOOL, SUCH IS AGAINST CURRENT LAW.
There are mountains of case law supporting the above, all the way to the Supreme Court.
In addition, equally important to their right to free speech there is the right to individual privacy, and attempting to impose their views on others that are unwilling infringes on the right to privacy of those who are unwilling.
Further, there is common decency and plain manners under which they simply should SHUT UP !!

I do take offense to their preachings because I know these people and their goal (in their ideal world), is to convert everyone, including children who do not have the capacity to make these type of decisions on an informed basis.
