New PCIX bus spec coming, ADPT to support it. msnbc.com The above article mentions in passing (4th paragraph from the bottom) that ADPT will support the forthcoming PCIX motherboard I/O spec for NT servers, which is being developed independently of Intel. Interesting to see some of INTC's customers spreading their wings and declaring some independence. Given that ADPT has said it's going to put a lot of emphasis on NT server business, this is probably something to watch.
