If you look at the buy sell for this morning you will see a buy @ 11;46 @ 1 1/16 of 1500 shares. I am the idiot that made that purchase. Now lets wait until one week from today and see what the price is! Have a good weekend.

Jim, very well said. Could agree with you more. Personally, I believe no real money will come our way until Bymaster cleans house, which I am not counting on. Frost brought in Testman, Testman brought in Bymaster. Frost brought Faktor. HeyTustin, who the hell is running this company anyway???????

I understand that there are many personal conflicts involved on SI as well as Yahoo, I've had a few of my own, but don't let your dislike for Davis get in the way of the facts. This stock has been manipulated and will continue to be manipulated as long as the MM's and others can make a buck, which is understandable. The previous management was taken for a ride and we paid the bill(And will continue to do so for some time!) What is wrong is the false 'facts' and assaults that don't really add to the DD we should all be doing.

Davis's comment on the compensation was that it had been decided in March and is possibly irreversible, hence, 'old news' title. The announced short numbers are a joke, anyone who knows the NASD understands the only limit is whether the fine is worth the profit, and in almost all cases it's a go for them. How many have been successfully prosecuted and imprisoned? Very few, and then only after some extremely gross violations(Personal knowledge, I'll discuss details if you care to email your phone #). The biggest 'secret' is the lack of control over traders and their actions, the average investor is taken to the cleaners on every trade, every day(Just look at the spread). TCLN just happens to be the flavor of the day for a few such as Herzog, Legg and their buddies.

I look at the selling as TCLN approaches $1.50 as the shorts getting nervous, since some had hoped to be covered by the warrants which were called. They have a few posting under many names to try to scare out a few longs, but really don't seem to have been that successful(IMHO). Of course there as been selling, some were lucky enough to buy around $.50, selling makes perfect sense as this one yo-yo's for a while.

On the topic of risk and reward, I'm always amazed that anyone would spend one second of their day to post negative comments on any one of the 15,000 common stocks. If you are doing your own research, and believe the technology is akin to the "Add water to your car and get 300mpg", SKIP OVER THIS ONE. You will never get me to believe that you are just commenting to 'help' save us from the likes of Davis, Golfdad, CG, Berblady, PT777, Unionpride(Why the attack?), etc(Sorry to all not mentioned, good thing I'll never get an Academy Award!). The line of work I'm in has one simple rule to follow, motive and opportunity, and when it comes to the net, the only difficulty is the true identity of the poster.

As for the CNBC hopes, IMHO it might make for a good spike, but only the cold hard cash from a major pharm deal will make a significant difference in share price. If any of the rumors are to be believed, that might be just around the corner. Of course, that has been the story since I bought my first shares about 6 years ago, but having met the new management, I believe they are on the right track and will deliver.
