Just took another look at the various averages

Seems like a rather split market--don't see wide spread weakness so I am not as sure as you are that we are looking at major downside.

Now there is this meeting with Greenspan, Rubin and the B of J head -- and if there is any statement at the end of that or a perception of what has transpired, given the thin trading this afternoon, it could exaggerate the move in either direction.

Don't think that that there will be any major upside either given that traders most likely will not want to go into the long weekend aggressively long.
