Jim: Since no further reporting or record of the illusive U.S. Senate resolution re third generation, do you suppose it is simply the result of someone's (choke - couldn't be of course) making the whole thing up? Stranger things have happened - viz. the Ericy position re the Q's IRP's and the continued Ericy charge toward the cliff. Wonder by the way if the Surfer's thoughts that Ericy must have a hole card since have to assume the management is not too stupid given the worldwide track record. Assume stubborn but not stupid. Is hard bargaining all there is or is there a way out - at least a fall back position for Ericy? Completely puzzled by Ericy action (or rather inaction). Just doesn't seem to make sense somehow. But what do I know. I am not a lawyer or a company manager. Chaz
