Andy, I've been burned enough by bad managements to know your suppositions may be correct but I hope you're wrong. At this point, I have so little to lose relative to what I'm already down that it seems foolish to sell now. Within six months we should know if they are sincere or were just dribbling out the first of more bad news. I E-mailed Noam three suggestions for improving shareholder relations and stock value:1)Improve the audio quality on their end of conference calls 2)Post transcripts of conference calls on the company web site. Other companies do this. 3)He, Zeev Ravnoy and Shlomo Margalit should buy back the same number of shares they sold in September (at about 20 cents on the $) I received the following reply. Note the portion I put in bold. Bob, Thank you for your suggestions. I will consider all three points and I am also working on improving the foreign accent. The merits of your proposals are clear and I appreciate your input. On the personal side, please consider that as executives, we normally buy (or sell) shares only after earnings release. I think it would be inappropriate for me to deviate from this pattern. Thank you for your support, Noam Lotan When I tried to follow up to explain a remark I made about the difficulty in understanding technical jargon spoken with foreign accents, in case he was offended, my e-mail was returned as undeliverable because his mail boxes were full. Obviously he is hearing from lots of shareholders who took him at his word about wanting better communication. Hope everyone can enjoy the long weekend. Bob
