Colleen:

The references to the short squeeze were made when this stock was at much higher levels. Anyone having shorted would have:

1) Covered at the lower prices with huge profits already

or

2) Are awaiting additional press releases

or

3) Are aware of the future business prospects and choose to hold and profit in the case of poor financials or a reverse split

Since only MM's and Janice can short this stock, if short why are they not concerned of a CUSIP change?

My understanding of the "short squeeze" idea is that the shorts are not forced to cover until the Cusip changes and new cert. have to be issued, the shorts being the MM and not individual investors.
Personally, I don't think it works that way, but I'm no expert.
