First of all, with all good things you just mentioned, why would
COMS want to sell out, much less at $35/share?

2nd, there is a new rumor every week for the last few months.

3rd, there's a rumor that Lucent will get on its
hands and knees and beg COMS to sell itself at $75/share.

AT&T VOIP deal with 3Com? I just came away from a dinn er party where I met someone from 3Com. Apparently they have just inked a rather huge deal to provide AT&T with their VOIP network/product. I hear they could be announcing it as early as Tuesday. Anyone hear anyting to this effect?
