Thanx Paul. The daily fluctuations don't bother me either, but watching my position erode over a period of two or three years might be a little much to "bear" for this investing neophyte. I still believe in PSFT, in the ERP space, and the world economy in general, but I must admit to getting a little rattled by the vagaries of the marketplace that I don't understand. I have learned a lot from this thread in the past couple years and I know I still have much to learn. I learn by doing, so I'm staying put. But in the back of my head is a picture my Grandfather used to keep in his shed of the so called "Economic Long-Wave" and wondering whether we are headed for a lengthy and deep trough.
