"And that concludes our show folks!" Tom F

Well not so fast bucko there are still a lot of snipe out there!

"SK:
I also would still like to know the answers to questions about South
America. I asked those questions before and was told the revenues were
netted into the expenses. I was also told that this must be OK because
the auditors signed off on it. It is not OK. It implies something is
being hidden or distorted. Do any of you own Sunbeam shares. Auditors
can't counteract bad (or worse) management. We are now told that this
property will be sold. What are the numbers to justify this. What is Mr. Norton's detailed analysis to justify this. Before this property was going to support $3/share easily. Let's go on to the next dream. Don't worry about the reality of the past, we still have the fantasy of the future."
Brad Mertz

Thanks for responding Brad! This South American deal is somewhat upsetting. I have also been told that the property had a value of $3 to $4 per share for Naxos (this being prior to the last one or two PP so there was dilution).

We need to know from Naxos in a formal fashion (press release) the true status of this mine.

I would like for Sid and only Sid to cover the following questions.

(1) Did Venezuela ever turn a positive cash flow? We were led to believe that it was in the range of $100,000 per month is this so?
(2) What was the best month in its operation?
(3) How much cash did it throw off in its best month?
(4) Is it sold off now?
(5) If so to whom?
(6) If it was not sold off , is it currently in operation?
(7) If not why?
(8) If it was sold off why was it sold off?
(9) In Venezuela what was their royalties to millers for their sands?
(10) If Naxos was paying royalties for processing tailings or any other material what was the % they paid out? Was it 50%? 60%?
(11) If any equipment or property in South America were sold off, Who owns it? Who was it sold to? What price did the asset command? What was the date it was sold? Why was it sold?

Instead of endlessly asking questions, why don't you EVER try to find out One answer? Larry has them, but I have suggested that he charge you $100 a paragraph to help defray his cost. He is too nice to actually do that, however."

Good suggestion Larry should try to do exactly that.

"I also find it interesting in determining what someone's motivation is Who spends 100% of his time complaining about things and 0% of his time actually trying to find answers. All for a stock he supposedly owns." Mark

(A) 100% of my time?
(B) I stated before I have sold this stock off. The Reason I did was I did not like the ethics response and the lack of information. You are all aware I turned sour on Naxos the day Sid ousted Jimmy John. I have not seen anything since to change my mind. With the stock trading at 59.3 cents today it seems to me that I as well as the majority of the investment community View Naxos as I do. Currently I continue evaluating Naxos as I have several friends who own this stock. I am concerned that if no one asks the correct questions they may get hurt. We need strong management for Naxos.
(C) I find it odd that those on this thread who have a large position in Naxos are afraid of seeking the true story and are sinking their heads in the sand rather then face reality. But then this makes for a good snipe hunter.
(D) I question the motives of those who attack people who ask valid questions regarding this stock.
(E) I question the motives of those who support only the positive postings and posters.
(F) I question the motives of those who use their positions in the investment field to ridicule those asking legitimate questions. My advice to all is watch out for the wolf dressed in sheep's clothing.
(G) I suspect that many people have restricted shares due to PP purchases and they can not sell at this time and therefore need to keep this thing alive until they can sell. Ask yourself who these people might be.

"Till then you won't have me to kick around as the late great Mr. Nixon said."

Threat or promise? JLA
